Delivery & payment

Soft Touch is online only; we do not have a physical store yet. Choose your city to see availability and delivery fees. A manager confirms your order and delivery time.

In Batumi, delivery is charged once at the highest product tariff. To other cities, each unit is charged separately: 1 item = 1 package. If any tariff is missing, a manager will confirm the delivery total. We dispatch within 3 days of order confirmation; transit time is separate.

Prices are in GEL; USD equivalents are indicative. Online payment is not connected yet. Batumi is the first launch city; Tbilisi and Kutaisi are prepared for expansion. Demo availability, fees and orders are for testing.
