Soft Touch is an online intimate-wellness brand and store for adults aged 18+ in Georgia. We are starting in Batumi and expanding delivery to other cities.

We currently operate online only. Choose products on the website and arrange delivery; no store visit is needed.

We dispatch products within 3 days of order confirmation. This is the dispatch timeframe, not transit time. Arrival time depends on the city and is confirmed by the manager.

In Batumi, delivery is charged once at the highest item tariff in the order. To other cities, each unit is packaged separately: all unit tariffs are added, including multiple units of the same product. Choose your city to see the total in your bag.

“In stock” means the item is in our current inventory. “Available to order” means it can be sourced for your order even when no unit is currently on hand. The manager will confirm fulfilment; the status appears on the product page and is saved with the order.
